Leadership & Youth

TAMARA S. RAYMOND, MA

I am an executive leadership coach and career strategist... with over a decade of experience helping individuals step into their greatness and discover the leader within; and author of Careering: The Pocket Guide to Exploring Your Future Career (Morgan James Publishing, New York, NY, 2017).

As a leadership coach and career strategist, I work with both organizations and individuals from a range of industries to nurture and create leaders. My goal is to help individuals lean into their talents to achieve their goals and make a difference in the world.

I’m here to assist you with self-awareness/empowerment; interpersonal communication; and professional performance improvement. I also provide performance-enhancing guidance to executives, to help them excel and become more efficient.

I live and thrive in the space of supporting individuals to merge personal interests and skills. I developed my signature coaching process from both personal/professional experience and research. Through numerous workshops, readings and insights gained, I have emerged as a catalyst for others on their leadership journeys.

My mission extends to teens, as well. The goal of my book is to provide the youngest, emerging leaders in the U.S. and around the globe with tools to develop themselves as leaders; so that they align their passions with possible career paths and create ways to positively contribute to society while earning a living.

The Careering mini “workbook” also provides teens with a plan of accountability and responsibility, as they figure out their college and career path. To date, the book has been positively received by educators, guidance counselors, parents and students; and has earned several recognitions that include #1 new release in career counseling and #1 in vocational guidance for youth.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Minor in International Relations, from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. I also received a Master of Arts in Organizational Sciences, with a concentration in Management, and Graduate Certificate for Leadership Coaching both from George Washington University. In addition, I am certified in The Birkman Method®, a leading behavioral and personality assessment.

I am proof that figuring out the right career path leads to success and happiness. I want to help YOU achieve the same result in your career, no matter where you are. The only requirement is that you should want to make a difference in the world and develop yourself to reach your goals.

If that’s you, you’ve come to the right place. I can’t wait to meet you.
