I am a Productivity Coach and Certified Professional Organizer® supporting my clients to find peace in their space and their life. I hold space and create a safe environment for my clients to process their physical belongings and personal goals to live productively and intentionally.
My intuitive, compassionate and non-judgmental approach has been helping my clients feel at ease during our coaching and organizing sessions to achieve their best results for over 10 years.
I believe in meeting people where they are and authentically connecting to set everyone at ease. When we are relaxed and feel comfortable we can truly engage in the process. When we are fully engaged we can think more clearly and better embrace the skills, habits and strategies discussed during coaching and organizing sessions.
Before I was a coach, I was a coach. In my previous career as a consultant my passion for productivity and organizing always shined through. With my Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology, I helped clients and team members document and improve their effectiveness and efficiency. Before that, I coached young athletes to achieve their best while maintaining their love of their sport. I believe everyone can benefit from having a coach and tribe to support their big and small dreams.
When I am not focused on my clients, I’m enjoying all nature has to offer with my family on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
My Offerings:
◦ Individual Coaching: Includes productivity, time management, accountability, habit building and intentional life coaching. All sessions are conducted virtually.
◦ Process Improvement Coaching: Includes process documentation, review and recommendations for corporate clients. Sessions can be conducted virtually and in person.
◦ Professional Organizing: Includes decluttering strategies, product recommendations, creating organizational system and habit building. Sessions can be conducted virtually and in person.

What is my typical process for working with a new client?
The coaching and organization process begins with a free phone consultation where I learn about you, your challenges, your goals and determine if we are a good fit for each other. A good relationship is the foundation for creating the best environment and team for your success. When we decide we want to work together, we will schedule our first session.
What education, training and/or credentials do I have that relates to coaching?
I am a Certified Professional Organizer® through the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals. I have been organizing for over 10 years. I have a Master’s of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University.
What types of clients have I worked with?
I work with busy overwhelmed clients from the stay at home parent, teachers, senior executives, law firms, entrepreneurs, realtors and other coaches.
