I am a certified health coach and the founder of UpSwing Health Coaching. I work with busy professionals, executives and working parents who are stretched thin and exhausted from unhealthy patterns that impact their personal and professional success. I support people in designing a new lifestyle that combats burnout and prioritizes mental and physical health.
I'm passionate about trusting your gut and ditching the idea of perfection, believing that health is the foundation for success in all areas of life—career, relationships, finances and spirit. I help people develop habits that are built on super small, everyday commitments to nutrition, movement, and personal nourishment that feel good because your body tells you so, not because you’re following the latest trend.
History
My 12 years in the corporate design world bring a unique understanding of the challenges within a fast paced, high pressure work environment, all while juggling the demands of family and personal life. Upon leaving the creative world, I've made it my mission to challenge the grind-crash-repeat mindset of today’s workforce.
I am a graduate of the Mastery Coaching Program from the Health Coach Institute and am certified in Transformational Coaching, which is based on cutting edge psychology, brain science, intuitive listening, behavior change and lifestyle design. I am also currently a student of the Meditation Teacher Training program at the Mindfulness Center in Bethesda, MD. I hold a degree from Syracuse University with studies in experiential design and psychology.

Together we’ll navigate a step-by-step system consisting of experiential exercises and mindset work that will build awareness on feelings, thoughts and behaviors for sustainable change. The right amount of stretch, support and accountability will help you seed healthy habits and uncover not what to think, but how to think for yourself– no matter what life throws at you. Together we’ll explore nourishment, movement, stress management, boundary building, values, communication and more.
What is my typical process for working with a new client?

In this introductory coaching session, we’ll get crystal clear on a vision that moves you forward and uncover what’s been keeping you stuck in a place of struggle. If we’re the right resource that can propel you forward towards your vision, we’ll share program options in which we believe our partnership will be most effective. You’ll walk away with plenty of insights and a new plan for transformation. Discovery Discussions are profound and yes, even fun!
What credentials do I have for my specialty/specialties?
I am a graduate of the BHC, HMBA and Mastery Coaching Programs from the Health Coach Institute. The Health Coach Institute is CCE accredited from the International Coach Federation.
