I have worked as a certified coach for 15 years now, and what I have learned is this, whether my clients come to me for executive, career, or life coaching, each and every person shares one thing in common, the yearning to live a deeply rich, rewarding life. I believe that it is our birthright to live into that reality and it is my passion and joy to help individuals claim that right.
Separate of individual executive, career, and life coaching, I also have 20 years of experience designing and facilitating self-empowerment workshops for women and girls.

My Certifications and Training as a Coach
I am a PCC certified coach through the International Coaches Federation (ICF), the accrediting body for the coaching industry, and credentialed as a certified Executive, Career, and Life Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the first training organization to be accredited by the ICF.
My Coaching Philosophy
I work with my clients to design a vision for their life that is reflective of who they are – at work, at home, and within - and champion them to bring that vision to reality. I partner with my clients, rather than direct them, allowing them to fully-own the power that they have within themselves to transform their lives.

My extensive experience as a life coach has afforded me the opportunity to work with a wide-variety of individual clients over many years—each with uniquely different goals and needs. I meet my clients wherever they are—be it a need to have greater fulfillment in all areas of life or to meet a specific goal, like enhanced confidence, discovering life purpose, freeing themselves from an unhealthy relationship, weight loss, etc. Together, we partner to powerfully—actionably—bring their unsung hopes and dreams to fruition.

Having a background as an executive recruiter, I bring to my career coaching the unique inside advantage of knowing first-hand what employers are looking for when seeking top talent. My experience as a career coach allows me to provide traditional career coaching—helping clients turn-up-the-volume on a career they already love, or helping them identify a career that they will love. And my experience as an executive recruiter allows me to additionally provide a knowledgeable, tried-and-true, carefully designed job strategy that works.
◦ Leadership Development Coaching
I work with executives and individual contributors at all levels to help them develop or refine their leadership style, based on personal values and the professional values of the organization for which they work. We identify areas for growth and together, work to take their leadership success to the next level. My clients come from large, private organizations, as well as small nonprofits.
◦ Personal Paradise Coaching
With a mother that is an artist and brilliant interior decorator, I grew up inside of home spaces that were not only sublimely beautiful and comfortable but perhaps more importantly, reflective of who we were as a family. My mother was able to weave each of us and our own sense of how we wanted to feel inside of our homes into the décor, allowing them to become personal paradises. I have a passion to help others experience the gift of living inside of spaces that are reflective of their own essence and vision of beauty and so I created a coaching process to this end.

What is my typical process for working with a new client?
I partner with my clients to help them achieve their goals rather than direct them. This way, when a client’s dreams are actualized, they are able to own their success and walk away from the coaching relationship with a tremendous sense of self-empowerment.
Specifically, the coaching relationship always begins with an initial ‘Discovery Session’ where the client and I work together to first ensure that we will be a good fit. From there, we work together to get a clear vision for their goals and aspirations and begin a self-discovery process that powerfully motivates them to successfully achieve their dreams.
What credentials do I have for my specialty/specialties?
As a coach, I am certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the accrediting body for coaching, as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Close to 20 years ago, I received my initial coaching certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), a highly-acclaimed organization endorsed by the ICF.
